Why Inpareto

 
 

Inpareto was born from my journey of balancing a demanding corporate career with the responsibilities of managing my family: children's schedules, family commitments and school deadlines. I was surrounded by media, colleagues and a work culture telling me that work/life balance and "having it all," was possible.

As my career advanced and my responsibilities increased, I experienced success but little fulfillment. Unclear about what I truly wanted and saddled with bosses and mentors with whom I had no real connection, I found myself scattered and running on empty.

One undeniable truth emerged: I was exhausted, frustrated, and not showing up as my best self. Anywhere.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned that I didn't want it all. What I needed was clarity, priorities, and a vision beyond my daily chaos.

I’m a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, executive, certified coach, and mentor. I’m passionate about helping people become who they want to be.
